Posted by William Sudry
Keshet, a national organization that works for the full inclusion of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) Jews in Jewish life, is holding a writing contest!
Submissions, due in mid-April, should be fictional picture books for Jewish children that include GLBT characters, and whose length is approximately 800–1000 words. The winning author will receive a monetary prize and the possibility of having their book published.
